Job Description:
· Establish routes for assigned delivery hubs timely and efficiently.
· Coordinates the preparation of the routes for upcoming Schedule.
· Organizes the work to meet schedules and timelines within a constantly changing environment.
· Use assigned software to develop and assign routes to drivers.
· Ensure proper utilization of company fleet.
· Maintain the routing systems as per company policy.
· Tracks all incoming Trailers Inventory.
· Coordinates with the Customer Services Department to ensure the accurate scheduling.
· Manages the routing software and maintain the proper record for maps, stops, routes.
· Maintain accurate route plan data from daily routing sessions and report results to the Manager.
· Documentation of all reports, routing tables, customer requests and trouble tickets.
· Responds to assigned Hub Manager Inquiries related to Routing, dispatching & scheduling.
· Plan & route trucks in a way to ensure optimization of routes as directed by company management.
· Consult with managerial personnel in order to meet operational goals.
· Prepare reports as required by line manager and higher management.
· All the tasks assigned by the Line Manager for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of Dispatch department.
· Any other task assigned by management.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
