JJ Commerce Studio is looking for a talented, goal-driven, and enthusiastic member of our growing team as a Social Media Manager. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to build and manage the company's social media strategy, including content and paid media, using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

We offer a full-time, permanent work-from-home setup. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time). All roles are open to both Philippine-based candidates and outside the country. Enjoy working from anywhere you like!

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • Laptop/Desktop - We discouraged the use of tablet. Windows computers are ideal.
  • Headset - Any type of headset will do
  • Webcam - Either built-in or external is fine
  • Internet - a stable LAN or WIFI is required
  • Working Station - We require a conducive working station. As much as possible, refrain from staying in common areas such as the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

In this role, you’ll be doing the following tasks:

Managing Social Media Content:

  • Manage our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts.
  • Manage and create a 30/60/90-day content calendar for each platform that aligns with marketing objectives and ensures content goes out correctly and on time.
  • Write and create content that is engaging and on-brand to drive customer acquisition (bringing in new customers - or convincing people to buy our products) audience, builds meaningful connections, and encourages them to interact and take action.
  • Monitor competitive social landscape, market changes, and developments; remain current on emerging industry and digital trends; provide highly strategic recommendations.
  • Engage in daily conversations with followers and respond to questions efficiently and accurately.
  • Design and execute on strategic campaigns (including contests and giveaways) to help build our brand, grow audience, and foster engagement.
  • Work with the Creative team to develop and plan strategic and tactical digital launches; oversee the social media budget and provide updates to necessary partners.

  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.
  • Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.
  • Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Comply with the Company and Departments approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.

Strong candidate's experience and qualifications will include:

  • A strong candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Has experienced and is capable of building brand awareness from scratch
  • Have a good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
  • Understand and utilize different social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  • Develop and own multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals.
  • Use tracking tools to continuously improve our content by analyzing our performance and develop and implement highly strategic and comprehensive social media plans. writing for digital ads and social media content, coordination with Research and Development necessary for accurate data, and fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Discovery Call: If you pass the initial screening, you will be then provided a schedule for your Discovery Call or what others call it as your Initial Interview. Please make sure that your camera and microphone are working well. The duration of this call is between 15 - 30 minutes.
  • Hiring Manager’s Opportunity Call: The final call will be with the department head/ hiring manager. Questions asked here are more inclined to your technical skills. The duration of the call is only 15 minutes. Make sure to join at least 5 minutes before your schedule.
  • Case Study/ Assessment: Depending on the role you're applying for, case studies and assessments may be given to measure your competency based on your technical abilities.
  • Decision: The last step is getting all the feedback from your interviewers and the case study result. Once done, one of our recruiters will reach out to you on the status of your application.
