Overview
The Mastercard Creative Studio is growing and looking for a Junior Creative Quarterback to support our operational discipline – a critical piece to the ongoing success of our rapidly growing team. Role
Reporting to our Senior Creative Quarterback, you’re a critical conduit between the Creative Studio and our key stakeholders across Mastercard. You’re a people person who nurtures strong relationships and is a passionate advocate for our team. You listen carefully to the briefs that come into the team, have the natural curiosity to ask the tough questions, and the confidence to offer an informed opinion and path forward.

You know when to be honest, when to be diplomatic, and when to say, “No” – regardless of who made the request. You understand our client’s pain points and our mission, and you work tirelessly to bring them together. As a result, you can offer the guidance necessary to distill a murky request into a crystal-clear brief.

You’re detailed oriented with an ability to see the big picture. You understand the ‘hows’ and ‘whys’ behind our projects. This allows you to organize and prioritize projects and act as shepherd through every stage from in-take to output and customer satisfaction scoring.

All about you - necessary skills

Stakeholder management
  • Guide our stakeholders through the creative process, from briefing to feedback to final signoff
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain open and constant communication among stakeholders and the Creative Studio
  • Develop relationships with, and understand, key stakeholders (their goals, challenges, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for growth and passionately promote the capabilities of the Creative Studio
  • Reinforce Creative Studio processes, expectations, and way of working

Project management
  • Work closely with project management counterparts from the GBSC to schedule and monitor projects from start to finish
  • Triage and track incoming feedback/requests for creative deliverables
  • Own capacity planning
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or conflicts, and adjust workflow to meet demand and team capacity
  • Assist in working through scheduling conflicts and creative allocation
  • Must be comfortable with or willing to learn Monday.com
  • Responsible for the generation of customer satisfaction surveys
