Job Position: Beauty & Wellbeing and Personal Care SEA Collaborative Manufacturing Lead
Report to: Beauty & Wellbeing SEA Head of Supply Chain and Head of Supply Chain Philippines
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Job Scope:
- Is the main SC point of contact of UL in the CM.
- Part of the SEA BW SC LT and SEA PC SC LT.
- Define and execute the collaborative manufacturing strategy for SEA.
- Contribute to the CM strategy at global level, in collaboration with global CM. Share regional insights about local partners and business needs. Synergize the approach
- Cooperate with BU-BG Long Term Capacity team to secure CM Sourcing Plan and Capacity for SEA.
- Coordinate all initiatives/projects in relation with CM.
- Scan CM in the region and part of cross-BU (Korea-China) that support business direction, select the CM, together with procurement, R&D, iLTCP team, with a transparent capability , cost, agility evaluation. Valid for a permanent partnership or unique innovation approach.
- Develop the CM in line with our regional-global strategy. It includes partnership, but as well operational skills such as SHE, quality systems, sustainability, and technologies.
- Manage CM performance, identify the gap and action plan, driving saving idea and execution with CM-Procurement-R&D
- Manage a team in charge of executing and following up all projects with CM.
Requirement:
- The role requires regular travels to the CM of our network in SEA, located in TH, VN, PH and Malaysia.
- Fluent English
- Required experience: Planning, manufacturing, procurement, R&D. Success in the role dependent on technical and planning understanding.
- Business acumen in the space of innovation and partnership.
- Collaborative stakeholders management with ability to manage intense cross functional interfaces: R&D, Proc, Marketing, SC in general.
