Office assistant internship [Czech Republic]


 

Are you a university student and would you like to join our Prague office? Are you organized, reliable and looking for a long-term part-time job? This role is for you!

Job description: The work will be very diverse, you will meet not only the areas of HR or purchasing. The task will be communication with the employees of the Prague branch and participating in the preparation of company events. In addition to supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, you will also be in charge of the agenda for booking cars or meetings, and you will also deal with the preparation of orders. You will also work with a team of Brno assistants.

Who are we looking for? University student (economics or human resources are an advantage) with communicative English skills who can work 20 hours/week. If you are an active driver, it is only a plus.
