We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Finance Manager responsible for LATAM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the commercial and sales teams, as well as assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Commercial Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis and support to the commercial and sales teams, including deal structuring and contract negotiations
Prepare financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards
Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to senior management
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Lead ad hoc financial analyses and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on commercial or sales finance
Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
