Our services include but not limited to Formal Entry (Air and Ocean) and T86. Job Description:
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team in organizing will being responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our systems. Candidates with experience in freight forwarding and logistics industries strongly encouraged to apply.
- Transfer/Upload data into computer file or database systems
- Type in data provided by the organization departments
- Create and update spreadsheets with large numbers of figures or statuses in a timely manner
- Update existing data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and Organize data after entering in system to ensure it is not lost or incorrect
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist;2 years of experience minimum
- English and Mandarin/Chinese proficiency preferred
- Typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing system
- Excellent knowledge of work processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
