Executive Assistant to the Owner – Tourism & Property Company (Seminyak) [Indonesia]


 

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage scheduling for the owner.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the owner.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Maintain PR including Press Releases.
  • Coordinate creation of a Marketing Plan with the owner.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the owner.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  • Giving staff deadlines and ensuring they keep to them.
  • Maintain various records and documents for the owner.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for the owner.

Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp9,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

Experience:
