STORE ADMIN ASSISTANT (5-DAY, WEST AREA) [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and provide support to store operation
  • Monitor the status of incoming & outgoing shipment
  • Liaise with Sales Admin department on outgoing shipment
  • Liaise with Purchase department on materials incoming shipment
  • Prepare packing list to store assistant
  • Checking of data, stock and inventory
  • Generate and submit stock reports to department head
  • Handle any ad-hoc assigned task

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level/Diploma in logistics
  • Relevant experience will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate may apply
  • Independent and a proactive team player
  • Positive work attitude
  • Able to start work as soon as possible

  • 5 days work week
  • Transport provided at Jurong East MRT
  • Public transport fare reimbursement from home to pick-up point (to & fro)
