ABOUT THE TEAM

The Global Field Compensation CoE operates as a global team within the Finance Board Area. We are responsible for maintenance of the CallidusCloud Sales Performance solution (SAP Commissions) for administration of bonus plans, testing, quality assurance and business requirements.
It is the responsibility of this team to understand the Bonus Plan Framework and to set up the calculation tools to reflect these requirements. Employees receiving incentive payments are to be paid accurately and on time.
This role requires a close working relationship with Controlling, Business Operations, Payroll, TR and HRBPs.


SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION

  • Help configure and maintain the SAP Commissions tool for administration of bonus plans

  • Ensure a high degree of accuracy in bonus, commission, SPIFF calculations based on employees’ achievements.

  • Understand current year Quota Credit Rules.

  • Quality control of calculations

  • Evaluate Winners Circle achievements

  • Assist with the forecasting and calculations behind Commission Accruals in line with the Financial Reporting timetable.

  • Facilitate the timely delivery of payments to the HR system

  • Support new release functionality in testing and promotion activities

  • Evaluate field facing Dashboards for accuracy and ease of use

  • Create quality and service reports

  • Perform tasks to agreed Service Levels (e.g. quality and time expectations met)

  • Create and follow through on tickets and employee disputes related to calculation or tool issues

  • Support continuous improvement in effectiveness and quality of the service and procedures

  • Work on continuous process and tool improvements


EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS)

  • 4 year Degree in Business, HR or related field

  • At least 2 years of work experience in the area of Sales Compensation, Finance, HR, or Sales Operations

  • CallidusCloud Sales Performance Management solution experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

  • Execution skills, showing operational excellence (planning, organizing and communicating) and systematic working methods

  • Natural team player with a strong customer-focus

  • Ability to build strong work relationships in a virtual team

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken, additional languages would be beneficial

  • Willingness to acquire deep understanding of SAP’s variable pay policies
