Preparing Export Documents And Related Activities - READ BELOW JOB DESCRIPTION AND THEN APPLY
- Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export Invoice, packing List, tracking Shipment, Letter of credit, Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC.
- Planning, Organizing & Monitoring end to end line haul operations which includes all modes of transportation.
- Manage the weekly creation and daily management of the line haul schedule and associated systems
- Proper implementation of the policies and also is a part of audit team to find gaps and provide time to time solutions
- Monitoring commercial connections, vehicles availability and daily follow up for the held back shipments
- Work with forecasting team to drive improvement of the base forecast
- Manage and perform ongoing analysis to work with appropriate teams to develop and improve scheduling methodologies and systems
- Manage and improve scheduling metrics to identify trends and shortcomings and drive scheduling accuracy
- Ensuring proper handling of Ocean Export and Imports shipments through proper channels and planning of shipments
- Implementing SOP's guidelines of company on a regular basis for smooth handling of shipments as per agent's or clients requirement
- Ensure that prompt and courteous service are provided to agents and end-customers by the customer service and operations department
- Follow up with operations and customer service team for hassle free operations
- Follow up with customers, Coordinating with CHA’s & Transporters, CFS, ICD for for smooth operations
- Arranging survey / Inspections / Certificates from the vendors
- Ensuring timely updating of DSR as per company policy and sending the same customers on daily basis as well as to higher-ups in Head office
- Building relationship with overseas agents and clients for FOB selling and nominations. Materializing the cross country trade leads provided by overseas agents with local contacts
- Supporting operation team of Ocean Export & Import whenever required
- Handling Client Grievance & Handling Customs related issues
- In Admin Desk, choosing the right vendor, negotiation, selection and finalization of rate contract, completing the vendor registrations and regular follow-up.
- In case of contract renewal, proactive follow up and contract renewal is completing before it gets expired
- Vendor monitoring and conducting the review meetings on regular basis, submitting the feedback to Head office
- Maintaining Vendor outstanding and coordinating with Finance team for on time payments release to them and Arranging the TDS certificates to Vendors regularly
- Manage entire order life cycle, with global suppliers,
- Track and monitor the daily status of orders in production and in sea transit, to ensure smooth transit of products from factory to destination warehouse
- Track and manage inventory across the supply chain
- Manage inspection and quality control of orders
- Knowledge of import clearance
- Coordination with CHA
- Verification of all costs/bills for Import.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
