Supply Chain Administrator (Home Office) [United States]


 

The Supply Chain Administrator will support and assist the procurement team with supporting the day to day business with our distribution companies, manage RFP bid packages, pricing audits, product complaints, routine product quality audits and product specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all day to day responsibilities for all restaurants for distribution (such as LTO’s, promotions, menu roll outs, and product additions and deletions).
  • Assists team members with composition of RFP’s, procurement agreements, New Supplier General Terms & Conditions, and Supplier Agreements
  • Ensures that updated copies of 3rd party plant audits and Certificates of Insurance are filed electronically/manually for all suppliers. Forwards copies of insurance certificates to risk management dept.
  • Receives, researches and follows-up on in-bound restaurant product complaints.
  • Develops and maintains filing system for hard copies of RFP’s, contracts, agreements, and specifications.
  • Assists in composing, tracking and communicating product commitments / contract expirations, etc.
  • Assists in updating and formatting of product specifications.
  • Assists with ad hoc analysis projects (i.e. freight, redistribution, etc.)
  • Performs distributor price audits monthly
  • Coordinates the shipping of sample items to/from suppliers.
  • Retrieves poor QA samples received by stores and send to suppliers/lab for analysis.
  • Send restaurant closure communication to suppliers.
  • Provide department administrative support to include submitting status forms and expense reports, track time-off, filing and distributing mail.
  • Management of Ecolab and Janitorial SOP and products

Qualifications:

  • College degree with business, hospitality or related field a plus
  • 2+ years restaurant experience preferred
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Problem solving ability
  • Significantly detail oriented
  • Knowledge of contracting and negotiating a plus
  • Quality-centric approach
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast paced environment

Salary Range: $28-32 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
