Do you have a passion for fashion and want to work in Sweden’s probably largest walk-in closets? Then the role as Product Coordinator at H&M Studios might be something for you! We are currently looking for two people to join our team during week 27-32 this summer, one product coordinator and one product coordinator/Office support.
H&M Studios is a department within the H&M Global Marketing Department, where we produce Look books and Still Life images for our online channels. Our goal is to create inspirational, exciting, and inviting content for all our customers around the world. Working here is exciting and provides lots of great experience and opportunities for different professions within the fashion industry.
We are now looking for a multitasking genius to join our team! We need a person with organizational skills, someone who loves to work in detail, who is service-minded, and who sees solutions in problems. As a Product Coordinator, your main responsibility is product management. You make sure that different products are unpacked, registered, and stored as well cared for. The Product Coordinator team work closely with all teams at the Studio and make sure the preparatory work regarding the samples, is ensured before photo shoot.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure planning and administration of products
- Secure product flow through photo production
- Organize, maintain, and update product closet
- Collaborate with different teams
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are solution oriented and have a flexible mindset. You are used to having great own responsibility, work independently and take own initiatives. You also have a flexible mindset and are always on your toes, ready to make quick decisions, as well as you keep things simple in organizing, planning and communicating.
We’d love to meet someone who:
- Have great computer skills and understanding of basic office applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Are a swift learner in different software systems
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- You are a team player that thrives when working in a larger team
- Previous experience from working in store is a plus
- Trust your instincts and believe in yourself
Additional Information
This is a fulltime temporary position over the summer. Number of weeks will be according to agreement. You will be based at H&M Studios in Frihamnen, Stockholm.
