About Our Team
TikTok is seeking an Organizational Culture Specialist to support our Trust and Safety (TnS) team. The Organizational Culture Specialist will work as part of a diverse global team, developing impelling content, clear narratives and tactics tailored to business needs, and providing expertise and support that engages, inspires, and connects employees with our mission and core values.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Responsibilities:
  • Writing posts for internal social media platforms and managing engagement on the platform.
  • Reviewing and editing articles, stories, and video scripts.
  • Drafting data analysis reports for various events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support for employee activities, which includes collating submissions/participation, on-site logistics, facilitating the event (virtual and in-person), selecting and notifying winners, arranging for prize delivery, and creating SOPs.
  • Collaborating closely with in-house designers and video editors to produce campaign artwork, videos, and proofreading.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in in communications, marketing, human resources, psychology, or sociology.
  • Excellent soft skills and social awareness; able to adapt to different cultures and environment.
  • Be intellectually curious, creative, and a self-starter.
  • Basic knowledge in data analysis is a plus.
