Safeline is a fast growing company that provides new patient scheduling for medical offices across the US through our virtual call center. We strive to help those dealing with chronic back, knee, and neck pain find the help and relief they need.
Our call center is designed to facilitate scheduling communications between chiropractic offices and potential patients via text and phone calls.
All marketing should prioritize quality and quantity of leads with reference to the AD budget per account. We should receive leads who are interested in learning more about spinal and knee decompression, or other services offered. We are looking for passionate, curious people who are eager to find root-cause solutions and strategies when deep diving in campaigns for analysis. Our Media Buyer will plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies across a variety of platforms for our clients. The aim is to engage leads, promote products/services, and accomplish client goals by utilizing digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Google, Youtube, and more. In addition to strategizing and developing digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate must be self motivated, dependable and very well organized having great attention to detail.
What this job entails on a daily
- Partner with team members/leadership to define and quantify goals and execute paid social and search campaigns
- Lead social media and paid search reporting with relevant insights, implications, and optimization
- Serve our clients by creating a strong online presence and market share
- Optimize current operations, streamline processes and deliver target audience experiences to support client business strategies
- Identify and align existing and future social media channels and search opportunities
- Review and analyze digital marketing campaign performance consistently, making recommendations and updates to improve results
- Present marketing strategies, project timelines and updates to leadership
- Identify marketing KPIs and create data requirements to deliver goals
- Use social media and search metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest new solutions
- Report to and partner with the CEO and Operations.
- Help develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies for our brand and the brands of our clients
- Assist with industry and consumer research to support new digital marketing business initiatives as needed
- Stay on top of digital marketing processes and trends, marketing industry changes, digital messaging funnel tactics, and more for our clients

Technical Knowledge & Experience
- Experience with different platforms ie. FB, IG, Tiktok, Youtube, Google, etc
- Previous experience with remote working
- Experience with medical or chiropractic niche
