Job Summary
The IT Executive will be responsible for coordinating and providing end-users support and assist to resolve users problems, hardware, network and software.
The role will assist to execute IT improvement initiatives.

Keys responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level end-users support and assist to resolve users problems, hardware, network and software.
  • Escalation and close-monitoring of incidents with both internal IT and external Vendors.
  • Ensure proper tracking of incidents, requests and tasks.
  • Ensure IT documents are updated.
  • Staging and deployment of notebooks and IT equipments.
  • Manages all IT asset inventory.
  • Manage IT related services (for e.g. room booking system, video conferencing system)
  • Liaise with vendors
  • To work closely with IT in other office locations in running IT related project or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation)
  • To undertake any other task/duty/assignment that may be given.

Qulifications:
Minimum 5-8 year(s) of working experience in IT support function and at least 3 year(s) in IT infrastructure products (Windows Server 2013/2008)
