- Recruitment, interview, training, supervision, and motivation of your Unit work force to wit: Financial Advisers (FAs) to drive the Company’s business.
- Soliciting, procuring, and promptly submitting to the Company, customers Insurance policy applications for processing from your Team.
- Provide managerial training to Financial Advisors.
- Conduct weekly meetings with your Team and ensure that weekly meeting activity monitoring sheets are completed and submitted to the Management promptly
- Attend all meetings and events organized by the Management which you are invited.

Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
