Enterprise Sales Development Representative [United States]


 

Rargus is building a platform to help companies better understand their customers and build better products. We’re taking customer feedback, in every form, wherever customers leave it, and analyzing it to provide actionable feedback that results in higher margins and happy customers.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work directly with our co-founders and play an integral role in driving our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for building strategic outreach campaigns, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, and developing partnerships with potential customers. You will lead sales pitches and presentations, and help build our sales engine.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience building relationships with customers

- Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding enterprise sales targets and objectives, with detailed experience in managing sales funnels, forecasts, and pipelines.

- Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities, who works collaboratively across all levels of the organization to achieve success.

- Have a demonstrated ability to build and execute enterprise sales strategies, including identifying and engaging key stakeholders, crafting compelling value propositions, and driving contracts to successful closure.

- Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to translate complex customer needs and requirements into solutions that deliver business impact.

- Be adept at presenting and communicating value to technical and non-technical audiences, leveraging a variety of sales assets and tools.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies for prospecting and driving revenue growth within the enterprise segment.

- Establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and other platforms.

- Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted enterprise accounts, fostering trust and credibility.

- Delivering engaging and persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the unique value proposition and benefits of Rargus's platform and offerings.

- Consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team-based sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth and market penetration.

- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

This flexible, part-time role offers up to 20 hours per week, is fully remote, and can be based anywhere in the United States. You will be paid an hourly rate for your efforts as well as comission for every sale you close. You will work alongside a passionate, driven team set on making an impact in the industry.
