Country Manager Luxembourg [Luxembourg]


 

We are searching for an entrepreneurial Country Manager to help with the expansion of SELECT’s recruitment services in Luxembourg . Therefore, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain a strong network in the circles of local economic decision makers.

Besides that, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Client Relationship Management:
o You will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their HR needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored services that meet or exceed their expectations, thereby fostering ongoing business success.

  • Business Development:
o You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, profitability, increase revenue and expand market share. This will involve identifying new market opportunities, developing promotional campaigns, and creating sales targets.

o You will attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to enhance the company’s presence.

o You will review sales data, market trends, and customer feedback on regular basis to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Employer branding :
o You will, as first representative of SELECT on the Luxembourg market, maintain the brand's reputation, by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Luxembourg entity and ensuring its efficient and effective service delivery.

  • Team Leadership:
o You will hire, train, and manage the performance of the recruiters (currently 2).

o You will set clear goals and expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and creating a positive and motivating work environment.

  • Collaboration and Networking:
o You will collaborate with the headquarters in Antwerp, as well as other teams and offices across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation.

  • Administration and regulations:
o You will ensure that the company is complying with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This may involve developing policies and procedures, conducting regular audits, and working with regulatory bodies to ensuring the company's operations and services adhere to legal and ethical standards.The next Country Manager Luxembourg for SELECT has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and is looking for the next big step in their career.

Besides that, you have the following qualifications and skills:

  • You enjoyed a higher education or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a strong experience in agency recruitment development or have previously held a role with a strong sales focus.
  • You have a good knowledge of our sector and the market in the Luxembourg region (read: prior working experiences in Luxembourg).
  • You are a real entrepreneur and have a strong affinity with HR.
  • You are very customer-oriented and have strong commercial skills.
  • You are target- and result-oriented.
  • You have experience in coaching/managing colleagues, employees.
  • You are ambitious and committed to the further growth of the office.
  • You speak fluently English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish will be a strong asset.
