GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job description;

  • Respond to patient issues in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that patients feel supported and valued.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Making sales or recommendations for treatments or services that may better suit patient needs.
  • To ensure patient feedbacks and comments are handled or monitored until full patient satisfaction is achieved.
  • To ensure data entry and data collection is error-free.

Required Qualifications;

  • Fluent in speaking and writing in any of these languages German, French, English and Arabic.
  • Sales and Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Preferably experienced in Call Center and/or Customer Services
  • Preferably experienced in a Health business
  • Having fluent speaking skills and proper diction
  • Having strong communication skills, successful in human relations
  • Willing to do team work and is solution-oriented
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs actively,
  • Able to work in a dynamic and intense working tempo, compatible with flexible working hours
  • They should not have transportation problems to Şişli / Osmanbey location, preferably who lives nearby
  • At least high school graduate
  • For male candidates without military obligation, they must have completed their military service

Maaş: aylık 14.000,00TRY veya üzeri

  • Lise veya dengi (Zorunlu)

Deneyim:

  • İKİ: 1 yıl (Zorunlu)

Dil:

  • Almanca (Zorunlu)

Vardiya Uygunluk Durumu:
