GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description;
- Respond to patient issues in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that patients feel supported and valued.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Making sales or recommendations for treatments or services that may better suit patient needs.
- To ensure patient feedbacks and comments are handled or monitored until full patient satisfaction is achieved.
- To ensure data entry and data collection is error-free.
Required Qualifications;
- Fluent in speaking and writing in any of these languages German, French, English and Arabic.
- Sales and Customer satisfaction oriented
- Preferably experienced in Call Center and/or Customer Services
- Preferably experienced in a Health business
- Having fluent speaking skills and proper diction
- Having strong communication skills, successful in human relations
- Willing to do team work and is solution-oriented
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs actively,
- Able to work in a dynamic and intense working tempo, compatible with flexible working hours
- They should not have transportation problems to Şişli / Osmanbey location, preferably who lives nearby
- At least high school graduate
- For male candidates without military obligation, they must have completed their military service
