The TikTok Creative Academy runs 3 days a week for 4 weeks, every month. Outside of regular facilitation, you will work closely with the career coaches and partnerships team to help participants and promote the programme.
As a facilitator for the TikTok Creative Academy, your duties will include:
- Delivering engaging and interactive online training sessions to young people on topics related to employability within the creative sector.
- Working closely with career coaches assigned to individual participants to ensure they receive personalised support and guidance.
- Developing and updating training materials and resources to ensure they are relevant and up to date.
- Tracking and monitoring participant progress to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for additional support.
- Providing feedback and support to participants to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Collaborating with our partnerships team to promote the TikTok Creative Academy and attend events to connect with potential participants and partners.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of participant engagement and progress.
- Participating in regular meetings with our team to discuss progress, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.

To be successful as a Facilitator for the TikTok Creative Academy, you will need:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in facilitating, teaching or training
- Experience in working with young people
- A passion for the creative sector
Additional Information
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Flexibility: Hybrid working - mostly home-based with expectation for minimal travel.
- This role requires a DBS enhanced check.
