Job Description:
Affiliated manager provides counsel, develop, and execute communications campaigns that support business objectives in collaboration with merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, professional services and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes knowledge of the consumer in the country and provides input into regional brand and affiliate business strategies related to marketing and media mix, door management, channels, product mix.
- Define project approach, timelines, deliverables.
- Manage projects within established timelines, business requirements, operating objectives, corporate and Line of Business standards, and client's needs.
- Interface with Functional and Oversight & Control Leads, Corporate and Line of Business Cross-functional approvers, and other groups to assess impacts and close gaps.
- Reviewing sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued.
- Analyzing demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services.
- Creating proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI).
- Monitoring affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information.
Requirements and skills:
- The ideal candidate will be an effective listener and communicator
- Should have strong client relationship
- Must have understanding of the broadcast affiliate business model and monetization
- 3-5 years related affiliate/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications in Spanish/ English required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Lotus Notes
- Assist in managing the renewal process with sales modeling, interpretation of market intelligence and scenario modeling and strategy recommendation
- Directly interact with Emerging Markets and Pac
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven working experience as affiliated manager, particularly within the industry
