The Sales Trainer works alongside the Manager of Sales Training & Development to ensure that all sales professionals have thorough knowledge of the prod! ucts, can effectively use closing skills, overcome objections, and use consultative selling techniques.
The Sales Trainer is considered a resource for the sales managers and team leaders.
The Sales Trainer conducts ongoing training for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced sales techniques.
The Sales Trainer will enhance current curriculum while developing new material to align with the strategic objectives for CAE Healthcare.
Primary Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Serves as primary trainer for the sales on-boarding process for all CAE Healthcare product lines.
·
Conducts comprehensive training programs for the sales staff.
·
Communicates new and updated product features, application, and sales strategies to all sales team members.
·
Monitors, assesses and measures the progress of all new sales m! anagers during the on-boarding sales training program.
·
Researches, creates, delivers and measures results of sales training content during all sales training sessions (Domestically and Internationally).
·
Assists with the development, delivery and measurement of training programs for new product launches and continuing education programs for the sales department.
·
Responsible for the creation, relevancy, reliability and validity of all sales training aides.
·
Initiates, monitors, tracks, and measures sales on-boarding and developmental training through the companies learning management system (LearningSpace).
GENERAL
·
Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
·
Performs all duties in complete compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
·
Maintains the security of proprietary information.
·
Perform quality work within deadline! s with or without direct supervision.
·

Job Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Education
·
Bachelors Degree
·
Medical Certification or License
Experience
·
2 years or more sales experience with a proven track record
·
2-4 years practicing in a clinical setting
·
2 yearsâ experience in healthcare simulation
·
2-4 years of training or coaching experience specific to sales process
Proficiencies
Utilization of simulation in a training environment
Professional training experience
Excellent Pres! entation Skills

EMT-P, RN, MSN, CRNA, or Equivalent

Experience utilizing a formal (LMS) Learning Management System
·
Experience utilizing a Sales CRM tool such as Sales
