This role requires technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills to ensure an efficient and enjoyable environment for the entire Endeavor corporation to utilize this important resource.

As screening room manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Technical

• Projecting DCPs, Video Files, Blu-Rays, Streaming Links
• Facilitating microphones, music, slides, and other A/V
• Maintenance of equipment, facility, safety, security, and confidentiality

Interpersonal

• Front-facing customer service of high-level talent and executives
• Attending to frequent and sometimes large number of guests
• Scheduling, managing, training staff of outside projectionists

Organizational

• Overseeing the calendar and its flow of bookings
• Coordinating logistics with assistants, agents, and support staff
• Liaising with filmmakers/producers/studios, post-production houses, caterers

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$16.13 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:

$21.50 hourly
