As a Mover at Fast Lane Moving, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients move their belongings safely and efficiently. Your responsibility will be to load, unload, and transport items while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load items onto trucks and unload them at the destination, ensuring the protection of goods and property.
Transportation: Drive moving trucks to and from locations, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Packing: Assist in packing items securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
Customer Service: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the moving process.
Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of items moved and their condition, ensuring that nothing is lost or damaged during transportation.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on moving equipment and report any issues to the supervisor for maintenance or repairs.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow movers and supervisors to ensure a smooth and coordinated moving operation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
