About the role
Delivery Experience is one of the main areas of Allegro covering all delivery-related aspects - from Customer & Merchant to carrier integrations. One of key investments in Delivery Experience is One Fulfillment by Allegro, a comprehensive logistics service offered to Sellers.
We are looking for a Development Manager to lead our technology team (software development and product management) responsible for building One Fulfillment. In this role, you will be responsible for all technology-related aspects of One Fulfillment and you will have a real impact on the design of the product as a whole, collaborating with the commercial and operations teams.

- You will be responsible for building and developing a team of product and tech specialists and managers
- You will cooperate with an international team to design solutions for Buyers and Sellers across Central and Eastern Europe
- You will be given the opportunity to work on projects involving Machine Learning and Location Intelligence in practice with actual BIG DATA
We are looking for people who
- Are experienced in managing or cooperating technology teams (product and software development)
- Experience in logistics or warehousing will be an asset
- Are committed to team development in both specialist and managerial areas
- Are able to organize teamwork so that they achieve their objectives on time without compromising on product quality (customer experience) and technical quality
- Are collaborative and results-oriented
- Are experienced in working with senior management (C-level)
- Have very good communication skills
- Are fluent in English (at least C1 level)
