Responsibilities:
- supplier inventory verification - checking supplier inventory levels, identifying shortages, and analyzing root causes,
- performing regular inventories of stock remotely to monitor warehouse levels,
- analysis of inventory and waste data and sharing recommendations with clients,
- analyzing replenishment requests based on demand and raw material availability, and taking appropriate actions,
- updating inventory levels in the system,
- effective communication and maintaining professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- excellent command of French - C1
- very good English - min. B2 level,
- demonstrated experience and knowledge in supply chain management or logistics,
- practical knowledge of SAP System,
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration - nice to have,
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
- openness to working in Łódź, Poland, and flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement.
