Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of our products or services.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients by researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the key features and benefits.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiating terms and conditions to close deals.

Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status, sales activities, and forecasts.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.

Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in a relevant industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
