At Loopper.com we are a dynamic start-up but established within the walls of our sister company (IEPC Premium and Concept) which is active since 2002. This allows us to have all the perks of a start-up while having the maturity and experience of a more established company.
We are currently working with 30 team members and expect to grow larger this year as the company is deep into its scale-up process. Loopper is an international company, with 9 different nationalities all working at the same office in Amsterdam. Very fast pace working style. As an Intern Purchase Manager Assistant at Loopper you will start your day at 9am with a coffee and a nice welcome from our young international team!
Our work begins and ends with our clients and colleagues. We listen to them, validate with them, and we even include them in our design process. By creating customer experiences that are simple, valuable, entertaining, and convenient, we deliver measurables results for some of the world’s most admired brands or organizations. The United Nations, the European Commission, Borussia Dortmund, Nivea and even Daimler Mercedes are part of our client base.
Your main task will be to assist the purchase manager into solving the after sales challenges some project can face. Being in constant touch with the sales team and all our suppliers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the Purchase Manager
- Make sure your personal KPI are always at a certain level Place orders in a timely manner
- Keep in daily touch with the sales team and purchase manager
- Being pro-active and problem solving
- Always being eager to be helpful and understanding
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master student
- Experience in customer services or strong social skills
- Eager to reach objectives
