Job Description:

  • Experience managing full cycle recruiting processes, either in house or agency as a headhunter.
  • Experienced in sourcing the resumes for Semiconductor & Technology hiring
  • Drive positive candidate experience and follow sourcing best practices, such as effective job description & ability to connect with available talent pool
  • Experienced in sourcing & screening to build strong network of candidates & keep them warm ahead of the job requisition needs
  • Experienced in sourcing of diversity profiles using multiple channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Social media & diversity focused job boards/groups)
  • Conduct Labour Market Research.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates based on profile ownership searching, engaging, provide recruiters with a slate of candidates for filling specific hiring needs searching, engaging and screening for relevancy, qualifications, availability and readiness
  • Sources are expected to search and leverage the pipelines of internal & external sources
  • Good collaboration, stakeholder management, interpersonal and decision making skills

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field with minimum 2 years relevant experience in the recruitment field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good communication with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in carry out Career Talk and deal with the stakeholder

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Batu Kawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
