Job Description:
- Experience managing full cycle recruiting processes, either in house or agency as a headhunter.
- Experienced in sourcing the resumes for Semiconductor & Technology hiring
- Drive positive candidate experience and follow sourcing best practices, such as effective job description & ability to connect with available talent pool
- Experienced in sourcing & screening to build strong network of candidates & keep them warm ahead of the job requisition needs
- Experienced in sourcing of diversity profiles using multiple channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Social media & diversity focused job boards/groups)
- Conduct Labour Market Research.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates based on profile ownership searching, engaging, provide recruiters with a slate of candidates for filling specific hiring needs searching, engaging and screening for relevancy, qualifications, availability and readiness
- Sources are expected to search and leverage the pipelines of internal & external sources
- Good collaboration, stakeholder management, interpersonal and decision making skills
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field with minimum 2 years relevant experience in the recruitment field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good communication with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in carry out Career Talk and deal with the stakeholder
