Payroll Administrator [Ireland]

ECS Recruitment are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for our client in Fairview, Dublin 3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daybook, sales, purchase, and stock ledger.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Manage bank feeds.
  • Handle accounts receivable.
  • Handle accounts payable.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Payroll.
  • Administrative Duties.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • 2 years + in a similar role.
  • Relevant Qualifications.
  • Experience in Quickbooks/ Sage.
  • Proficient using MS office.

For the successful candidate this will be a full time permanent position working 30 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • payroll: 2 years (preferred)
  • QuickBooks/ Sage: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
