ECS Recruitment are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for our client in Fairview, Dublin 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daybook, sales, purchase, and stock ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Manage bank feeds.
- Handle accounts receivable.
- Handle accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Payroll.
- Administrative Duties.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- 2 years + in a similar role.
- Relevant Qualifications.
- Experience in Quickbooks/ Sage.
- Proficient using MS office.
For the successful candidate this will be a full time permanent position working 30 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
