(Junior) B2B Partnership Manager (m/f/d) [Germany]


 

Team

The B2B Partnerships Team is responsible for all larger partnerships with financial institutions from all over Europe. Clients can be banks, insurances, broker, other fintechs or platforms who want to offer Raisin’s products to their customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manages the relationship with existing B2B partners
  • Engages with partners on a regular basis, addressing commercial and operational topics
  • Develops marketing and sales campaign with the partners to increase brokered volume within the partnership
  • Provides regular reports, both commercial as well as operational
  • Deals with operational topics for the clients with both internal and external stakeholder
  • Develop expert knowledge of our tech setup and typical client/industry workflows
  • Solves open issues and problems in a timely fashion
  • Supports onboarding of new distribution partners
Your Profile

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of work experience, ideally with client exposure
  • Strong business focus and able to build quick relationships
  • Experience or an interest in financial products
  • Very strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • You are experienced in communicating ideas to all levels of stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of standard IT office-applications (eg.MS Office)
  • Ability to understand technical integrations and communicate with respective stakeholders
  • University degree in business studies, economics, marketing or a comparable field with outstanding academic achievements
  • Finally, you are a team player with excellent communication skills in German (native) and English, other European languages are a plus
  • Ability to travel, if needed
