Our thorough hiring process involves multiple steps, including a CareProfiler job-fit assessment and integrity screening. Each caregiver is also required to pass a background check, TB test, and must be bonded and insured. Once hired, each caregiver is provided both initial and ongoing training to ensure the highest level of care for every senior we serve
