The company has been founded in 2009 and have seen its activity continuously growing years after years. With a presence in about 10 countries, our client delivers fund administration and regulatory services to Hedge Funds, Funds of Funds and PE/RE mainly.

The role:
- Completing and maintaining all AML/KYC requirements for the investor’s transactions
- Contacting and liaising directly with the investors with outstanding AML/KYC requirements
- Receiving and processing in the system the investor’s transaction documents, in accordance with fund documentation requirements (subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, switches & transfers, redemptions, etc.)
- Maintain capital activity tracking report and distribute report to the client(s) on a periodic basis
- Ensuring an accurate and timely system output, with client/investor’s reporting delivery
- Providing money movement notification to client(s)
- Preparing wire instructions for money movement for investor activity
- Maintaining good relationships with external clients and with internal relationship as well
- Daily client operational contact for investor servicing
- Developing knowledge of investment vehicles structures & investor related specific fees calculations
- Adhere to established departmental procedures & controls
The profile:
- University degree in Business (ideally with majors in Accounting or Finance)
- 2 years’ experience in a related role or at least in financial services sector
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical, time management & organizational skills.
- Self-motivation to work in a dynamic and demanding environment, with an ability to meet deadlines as necessary
- Good level of English (speaking & writing) – any other languages is seen as an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office pack – expertise in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Knowledge in Luxembourg’s investment companies and vehicles
- Any experience with FIS Investran and/or HWM Mantra is seen as an advantage.
