Responsible to create Purchase Order (PO) for Admin (HR US), ensure all invoice submitted to AP team daily on timely manner and monitor on Open PO, raise VMA form for daily vendor maintenance setup or change request from FLO and HR from countries (US, LTAM, India, AU, SG Corp and MY) in an accurate and completed according to KPI, and ensure individual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creates PO, measured against timely submission and number of non-reconcile items
- Addresses and clears Open PO and Problem logs on timely manner with respective parties
- Improves PO technical issues and problem solving skills
- Creates PO day-to-day operations and eliminate the Open PO items and Daily Problem Logs for all vendor and respective parties
- Responds to FLO/CFCs & RFOs queries on vendor maintenance timely basis
- Liaises with FLOs/CFCs/Orderer/Vendors on respective country issues on timely basis
- Assists in Adhoc Reports and testing or troubleshooting VA issues/system
- Assists in VA process improvements to streamline and standardize VA process
- Assists in review and adhere to policies and operating manual (POM)
- Raises VMA, PHC, Credit Memo (CN) on timely manner and follow the POM
- Reviews and monitors/prepares monthly reporting in KPI SLA
- Assists in any other ad-hoc assignment
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Working experience in a Global Finance Shared Service Centre will be added advantage
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) will be added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deal effectively with both internal and external parties especially with clearing of reconciling items and issues
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
