- Keep good service and communication with internal and external customers;
- Take care of material and production plan according to demand and forecast information;
- Meet target of inventory turns, drive & follow up on slow-moving inventory;
- Take charge of master plan updates for scheduling and material planning, review capacity planning in a timely manner;
- Analyse RBO sales/forecast accuracy, foresee potential inventory risk caused by demand fluctuation;
- Lead or assist on new projects and coordinate with related departments to meet project requirements;
- Support on urgent orders if needed;
- Maintain service level on flexibility, reliability and order cycle time;
- Problem-solving on planning and scheduling related affairs;
- Follow up work-related issues assigned by PPC supervisor/manager. Back up other teammates when they're on leave.
- Obey with company's policy (EHS, ELS, WI, quality, etc.). Participate in company-organized training, and follow related procedures & WI.
- College degree or above;
- Good listening, speaking and writing skills in English;
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in planning and material management;
- Computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Sufficient knowledge of the Enterprise resource planning system (ERP experience is preferred ).
- Strong analysis skills, strong communication skills and teamwork;
- Customer and result oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, and can work under great pressure.
