Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Peer Hospital/Outpatient.

In this role, the successful candidate will partake in the OASAS licensed Part 822 Program serving adults 18 and over with Substance Use Disorders and co-occurring disorders. The Peer is an integral member of the team who provides ongoing support, encouragement, and assistance with linkage and follow-through for patients. The Peer will possess strong interpersonal skills and have keen ability to navigate through the community and healthcare resources for the benefit of the patient and their family/significant other.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Certified recovery Peer Advocate Certificate
  • Preferred 500 hours of work experience

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
