What you’ll do
Provide excellent customer service, establish, and maintain excellent customer relationship
Provide appropriate product suggestions, advices and introduce herbal remedies
Assist in localizing launch material and collaterals, product labels, and translation.
Provide writing and translation support for English/ Chinese product-related material content.
Partner with marketing communication content writers to develop various content, including blogs, press materials, and surveys, to spread messages in the press and digital channels.
Assist in daily operation in shop
What you’ll need
Degree in Nutrition and / or Food science or other relevant disciplines from overseas university is preferable
At least two years' working experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience in retail / service industry is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in conducting marketing research of Health Care industry is an advantage
Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills;
Immediate availability is an advantage
