- Handling all documents related to Imports
- Checking and approving Ocean Bills/ Seaway bills etc
- Making invoice, PL and other documents related to imports
- Sharing document sets with customers and take confirmation
- Email & telephony coordination’s with vendors to arrange Insurance and other required certificates.
- Rigorous follow ups with supplier and freight forwarders for documents
- Seamless coordination with Customers, keeping customers updated
Requirements
- Any bachelors degree.
- Prior experience in Import documentation, or relevant position.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Excellent communication, written and people skills.
- Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
