Responsibilities
- Make sure that all Medical, APS & QS medical reports are completed and QC before sending to insurance company. ·
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle customer enquiries, emails and resolve problems.
- To attend on any urgent request from clients regarding medical reports including email softcopy reports.
- Coordinating workflow and ensuring all customer support functions are completed within the service turnaround time.
- Assist in overall administrative duties.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in the related field (Health Administration/Biomedical/Medical/Business Administration)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous work experience in customer service or administration in the medical/healthcare fields are an added advantage.
- Have experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service Executive or administration field
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- Must be target driven and able to hit KPI's given
- Must be able to multitask.
- One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
