Customer Service cum Admin [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities

  • Make sure that all Medical, APS & QS medical reports are completed and QC before sending to insurance company. ·
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Handle customer enquiries, emails and resolve problems.
  • To attend on any urgent request from clients regarding medical reports including email softcopy reports.
  • Coordinating workflow and ensuring all customer support functions are completed within the service turnaround time.
  • Assist in overall administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in the related field (Health Administration/Biomedical/Medical/Business Administration)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Previous work experience in customer service or administration in the medical/healthcare fields are an added advantage.
  • Have experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service Executive or administration field
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
  • Must be target driven and able to hit KPI's given
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Available immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
