Job Description:
This position requires the Loadmaster Instructor to take responsibility for the development and delivery of training objectives. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Training Manager), the C295 Loadmaster Instructor will be responsible for delivery ground and flights training support in flight and on ground.
The Loadmaster Instructor also will delivery continuous training for GSAC Loadmasters, in ground school sessions and Flight sessions.
The LM Instructor is responsible to prepare and delivery to the customer safety presentations and general knowledge about cargo loading and mass & balance safety rules, procedures and aircraft systems.
Hold an Airbus C295 type rating course.
Have Operational experience in C295.
Have evidence of previous employment as Loadmaster.
Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts.
Knowledge of modern educational/training techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.
Additional certification in training (e.g. Loadmaster Instructor) is a plus
Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplined, multi-cultured team within the company.
Have a detailed understanding and proven track record of the application of the Systematic Approach to Training and how it is used to develop training programs within aircraft maintenance facilities.
