PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this job is to help drive organizational performance through learning and organizational development efforts such as: creating and maintaining learning materials, advising on learning & development strategic initiatives, delivering instructor led activities in person and virtually and completing administrator activities including building courses and activities, engineering virtual classrooms and meetings, cataloging and providing attendance and completion metrics, and coordinating and tracking development activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Assist in the creation, delivery and maintenance of training materials for various areas including leadership development, new-hire training, professional development, and others, including in-person and online training and other resources. Coordinate activities and functions to ensure the objectives for each program are accomplished in line with established priorities, timelines, funding limitations and other specifications
- Conduct program tracking, analysis & reporting, and implementation of processes and/or improvements to ensure successful and sustainable deployment of programs
- Support training and development activities through coordination, planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure materials within the talent/learning management system are up-to-date and maintained appropriately
- Catalog and provide attendance and completion metrics as needed
- Engage and enjoy learning activities so as to continue personal growth
- Create multi-media content including written, audio, video, and photography
- Manage various pre-existing learning programs
- Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience), preferably in Organizational Behavior, Education, Training & Development, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably within talent development, organizational development, or similar field
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Novice proficiency with Adobe products (Photoshop, etc.)

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000/yr depending on background and experience.
