The Beverly Hills Concierge Health Center is a premier health destination for patients seeking high-quality concierge options for healthcare, wellness, and health optimization. POSITION
We are seeking a Concierge Patient Coordinator to engage with high-end patients, clientele and VIP members. As a Concierge Patient Coordinator, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, high-end concierge health program. In addition to core patient coordinating duties, the Concierge Patient Coordinator will serve as a liaison for all concierge guests, accompany them throughout their patient journey, acquire new members, and network with our physician partners. As an ambassador for our brand, this person will carry a positive image of our values throughout the role, including integrity, dignity, and compassion.
We seek a professional with a combination of healthcare patient coordination experience, luxury market/hospitality industry experience, and/or a successful sales background.
The Concierge Patient Coordinator will work closely with front desk managers and be under the supervision of the Director of Concierge Health.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three years of patient coordination, hospitality, luxury market service, and/or sales experience. Experience with patient clinical coordination and medical terminology is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent computer skills and communication skills. EMR knowledge and/ or ability to learn systems quickly. Excellent customer service skills
EDUCATION CERTIFICATION
- High school diploma plus bachelor's or community college degree
