About the role

In the real estate industry, relationships and trust between stakeholders are the key to success. Within the purchase mortgage market, the ability for a lender to build and maintain relationships with real estate brokerages and their agents, builders, title companies, etc. is critical to helping you win the deal, as these partners have a strong influence on the customers' selection of a lender. This role will focus on cultivating relationships and drive ZHL brand awareness throughout the real estate industry, directly helping to drive ZHL business volume in pursuit of our business and company growth strategy.

You will get to:

  • Foster strong relationships and collaboration with select partners in the assigned market to promote the adoption of Zillow Home Loans

  • Proactively cultivating relationships with agents and partners, effectively leveraging these connections to facilitate introductions to Loan Officers.

  • Participate, schedule, and conduct various virtual and in-person meetings ( agent training, sales meetings, company events, etc.)

  • Present, educate and inform partners about the company’s products and programs

  • Provide comprehensive support to Growth Partner Advisors and Loan Officer teams in achieving overall adoption goals

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering cross functional support to company pilots, and key projects.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve program effectiveness communicating partner feedback with internal business partners, leaders, and stakeholders

  • Represent the company in the field as a brand ambassador

  • Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

  • Execute strategies to meet set KPI targets

  • Attend to partner complaints and resolve issues promptly

  • Work with internal departments to ensure partners’ expectations are met

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services

  • Other duties as assigned

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $31.60 - $50.40 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
