Role purpose:
The Release Manager role is expected to work with different stakeholders at different levels, from scrum teams to enterprise level stakeholders and follow agile approaches to deliver release outcomes to higher environments to ensure on time delivery with regular and zero-touch release.
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:
Own end-to-end release management of platforms by defining and driving a standard, future proof, minimum- touch and agile release management process
Work with required stakeholders to plan the release and coordinate release deployments and timeliness
Own the release documentation and communications
Ensure continuous and regular release drops to production environments
Managing dependencies between different releases, components and platforms
Identify the risks that can delay the releases and manage them, including reporting and effective escalation
With these skills, you are a great candidate:
Proven experience in defining and driving an agile release management processes
Experience in influencing for fast issues solving with the goal to avoid risks occurrence
Understanding of agile delivery approaches and ability to drive an agile release management process in conjunction with
Seeking for process improvements and driven by action to implement those
Ability to under the drivers and interest of different stakeholders, bigger picture of the project targets and drive stakeholders and release plans in an aligned way
