What does a receptionist role at AEA look like?
We are seeking a dynamic and bubbly receptionist for our AEA Support Office located in Springwood. This is an entry level position so we will provide the support and training needed to succeed.

This role will provide administrative support to our Operations and Executive teams. Reporting to our Operations Manager, this role is an in-office position between 9 and 5pm Monday to Friday, 38hrs per week.

This role is responsible for:
  • Answering overflow calls from our clinics
  • Training, event and travel coordination
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers
  • Policies and protocol document management
  • Coordinate recognition for team member events (birthday cakes, farewell events, etc.)
  • Ensure office spaces and meeting rooms are kept neat & tidy

  • A self-starter with the desire to take ownership of the role and work autonomously in an efficient manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with the management team and team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Able to develop and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across the hospitals
  • Positive attitude to help create a warm, and professional atmosphere for clients and team members
  • Available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm for an in-office role
