1. Contact potential guests by telephone to sell a discounted holiday package, minimum per month is progressive throughout first 12 months for both holiday package sales and showed qualified guests/tours.
2. Make outbound Calls at a rate of at least (During probation) 100 connected calls per day to contact potential guests and meet all efficiency guidelines set forth, for either a holiday and lifestyle survey or sell a holiday package.
3. Follow a scripted presentation to ensure accurate communication to potential guests and to maximize the number of either a holiday and lifestyle survey or holiday packages sold and preview presentations booked.
4. Employ an empathetic, listening, problem solving approach to overcoming objections and persuade the guests to purchase a discounted holiday and attend the preview presentation to minimum monthly requirements standards.
5. Support the customer’s decision and assist in purchasing a Discounted Holiday Package by sharing benefits and reinforcing the fun and rewarding aspects of the package.
6. Ensure all guests meet the qualifications and details of participation of each offer as set forth by Alma Resort Ownership and ensure timely and accurate documentation of such.
7. Effectively manage Company assigned leads for maximum conversion to qualified surveys and Holiday Packages.
8. Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Telemarketing Director Manager/ Supervisor or Team Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Previous telemarketing service experience preferred.
3. Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner.
4. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change.
5. Fluent in Vietnamese, also English/other languages beneficial as well.
