Responsibilities
KMS Technology is looking for an energetic marketing professional to join our growing team! This person will substantially understand the KMS ICP (ideal customer profile). This role requires a strong focus on supporting outbound marketing campaigns, outbound prospecting, and working closely with both the marketing and sales teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and organize new contacts for specific marketing campaigns based on provided lists of technology companies on a regular basis (email addresses, job titles, company size, and revenue)
- Create relevant messaging and reach out to leads via email and LinkedIn
- Help manage our Inbound Lead Process by automating email messages
- Follow up with contacts who have been in previous campaigns, came to the website, or attended conferences/KMS events
- Collaborate closely with sales to help set up meetings/appointments
- Bring new ideas to the table on which companies to target
- Be willing to experiment and test new subject lines and messaging, constantly seeking to improve open, click, and response rates
- Jump into ad-hoc marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or similar roles
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive as an individual but also a collaborative team player
- Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets – Experience with CRMs preferred
- Has an understanding of how to research people on LinkedIn
- Experience reaching out to people via email preferred
- Strong English-proficiency required
