LOYALTY SPECIALIST

As a Loyalty Specialist, you will be in charge of developing a detailed marketing roadmap to encourage brand engagement via various programs, campaigns, and similar initiatives that boost customer retention.

Additional responsibilities include market research and audience segmentation, monitoring the results of ongoing loyalty programs, drawing actionable insights from performance reports, and implementing best practices in future marketing initiatives.

  • Plan, designed, and oversee the implementation of a brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement and retention, and maximize sales;
  • Research and implement effective loyalty programs and promotional initiatives to enhance the retention curve;
  • Understand churn and implement anti-chun strategies;
  • Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment;
  • Assess market trends and competitor analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the loyalty program;
  • Data analysis and program performance, ensuring maximum effectiveness and adaptability to market needs;
  • Ensuring flow between CRM and Loyalty platforms/tools;
  • Acting according to the company's vision and executing it on time and within the defined budget.
Mandatory:
  • Experience at B2C and/or e-commerce company (3-5 years);
  • Relevant academic background or training in Marketing;
  • Experience working in loyalty/reward programs
  • Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce;
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify;
  • Good communication skills and capacity to adapt to new challenges;
  • English Proficiency or Fluent Level.
