About the role:
We are looking for a lead game designer to bring their creativity and experience to one of the most iconic brands in gaming, in a multiplayer competitive environment.
If you're an experienced design leader who is passionate about delivering new features and exciting gameplay to a large player base, this could be the opportunity you're looking for!
The Quest:
- Lead the design team working on a well-known IP
- Oversee the design and development of action gameplay, meta systems and content
- Collaborate closely with production, art, and programming teams to maximize efficiency and quality
- Work with key stakeholders to define the design vision and deliver on project goals
- Use player feedback and metrics to make decisions and refine your team's work
- Manage your team members’ performance and training to help them excel
- Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects
The Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
- Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management soft skills
- Expert knowledge of multiplayer game design fundamentals
- Practical experience working on live games serving large player communities
- Strong understanding of game metrics
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
